Every year we have our own Christmas on Christmas morning with just Tim and I and our kids. Then we usually have Christmas dinner of some sort with Tim's family and then another day we have Christmas with my side of the family, usually the Saturday after Christmas.

Here are most of the great-grandchildren of Lee & Sharon Carpenter. (and my sister and mom in the background) Just missing Kylie, Joshua S., and Kaylee. The kids are all grouped together waiting for Uncle Glenn to hand out presents.

Grama and Grandpa recently re-painted and decorated the living and family room in the house. They FINALLY displayed some family pictures but asked for some updated pictures too. Of course, I was put in charge of taking them. Here are Floyd III and Kristyn.
Trent was so over Christmas about half way through everything. He fell asleep on the couch and someone put Sileña's coat over him.

My brother was also able to come by for a bit and visit so we took advantage and took pictures with him. It seems like we always have some sort of photo shoot when he comes, but its such a big deal that he's in our lives (sorta) now, so we make the most of preserving memories when we can.
Mom got in on the pictures too, though I don't know what happened to her eyebrows or hair...We're weird.
Mom was apparently quite happy to have all four of her kids in the same place.

Aunt Tiffy lovin' on Summer. She still lives far away (not nearly as far as she used to, but still far enough...) so she snuggles up to whoever she can as much as she can when she comes to town.
